Returns
The Wig Gallery understands that selecting a style and colour may be difficult online, without physically seeing or fitting the wigs or hairpieces. However, unfortunately due to public health concerns, we are unable to accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item has defects through the fault of the manufacturer.
If the situation is a manufacturing defect, The Wig Gallery reserves the right to either replace the purchase, or offer a full refund. The return of an item needs to take place within 10 working days after the original purchase.

After receive of payment for items ordered, we will arrange dispatch within 72 hours. please choose toll priority or Australia post for express postage and allow 2 shipping days for delivery .
